Certified CIO Holiday Schedule

Service provided during posted holidays is considered after-hours service and will be billed according to your agreement with Certified CIO.  Please contact our after-hours service by calling our main office and choosing "8" when prompted.  Email and Automated Helpdesk requests will be addressed on the next business day. 

NOTE: You must initiate your after-hours request by phone.
You must clearly state that you are requesting assistance to be provided after-hours and are aware there are additional charges for this service depending on your contract.
