Walmart's Superb Mobile Apps for Budgeting

Do you enjoy using Wal-Mart products? If yes, you will be happy to hear that the retail giant is releasing two new mobile applications created by WalmartLabs group. Read below to find out what these mobile apps are about and how they can benefit you!

One mobile app is a new iPad application created to help customers browse Wal-Mart while at home. You can flip through products and see the latest deals or price roll backs. You can do this using the feature called 'Browse My Store'.  ‘Browse My Store’ allows you to see products on the shelves at nearby Walmart stores. If items are not available at the closest store near you, you have the option to buy them online for delivery!

The second application is made for the iPhone. It has a number of great features, including a budgeting tool for its shopping list feature. You can pick particular brand items to see how much your total items will cost, even before coming to the store in person or shopping online.

It gets better. The iPhone app has a new voice feature that enables people to add items to a shopping list by talking. The app also includes coupons from manufacturers. Remember you have to print out the coupons to use them.

Presently, 30% of Walmart’s customers have a smart phone. This is a great time to introduce these mobile applications.
