Facebook: The Beginning of The Evolution of Social Networking

Facebook has recently launched a new Facebook Social Platform. No it not about gaining more users. No it is not about increasing page views. It is about controlling, supporting, and connecting every single piece of the web into one social layer. It does not matter who or what it is or where it lives. Thursday September 22,2011. Facebook held its F8 conference in San Francisco. Many social media platforms believe this launch will change the world of social media. Facebook is targeting its user’s emotions in the new Facebook Social Platform. Changes will become live gradually over the next few weeks.
Facebook has launched 3 recent changes:
  1. A revamped Friend Lists. The Friend Lists allow Facebook users to share their content to their closest friends. The purpose of doing this is to grow strong emotional connections within Facebook’s social media platform.
  2. A real-time news ticker. The ticker allows Facebook users to have real-time conversations with their friends as soon as friends do anything.
  3. Subscribe button. The subscribe button lets users fill their News Feed with people they respect and admire. This tool is also used to grow emotional connections.
And this is only the beginning. The designs coming out on Facebook the following week is meant to touch everything in a user’s life through a social graph. Prepare yourself for ‘the evolution of social networking’ by reading this article from Mashable.com.
